Most transcription tools are judged on a single accuracy number. In practice what decides whether a transcript is useful is everything around it: whether speakers are separated, whether timecodes let you check a quote, and whether the summary contains the decision rather than a retelling.
What we're building
NUMU PRO turns recordings into text you can work with — 99 languages, speakers separated automatically, word-level timecodes, AI summaries, and subtitles ready to publish. Every one of those is included on every paid plan, because a transcript missing half of them is not finished work.
How we price it
Unlimited transcription on paid plans instead of minute buckets you have to keep topping up. The alternative — metering every minute — makes people ration a tool they already paid for, and we would rather they used it. There is a fair-use clause in the terms to stop abuse at extreme volume, and that is all it is for.
What we won't do
- Train on your recordings. Not on paid plans, not on the free one. Your audio does not improve anyone else's model.
- Charge separately for the basics. Diarization, summaries, and subtitles are part of the product, not upsells.
- Quote an accuracy number we can't hold. Around 99% on clear audio. Noisy rooms and crosstalk are lower — for us and for everyone else.
- Help you record people secretly. The meeting bot appears in the participant list. That is deliberate.

Processing and storage are in the EU under GDPR, and a Data Processing Agreement is available for organisations that need one on file. Delete a file or an account and the data goes, source recordings included.
