Data is hosted in the EU, we operate under GDPR, and a Data Processing Agreement is available. Your recordings and transcripts are never used as training data — not on paid plans, and not on the free one either.

Questions
Is "never trained on your data" a setting I have to enable?
No. It applies to every account including Free, and it is written into the DPA rather than left as a toggle.
Where exactly is data processed?
Inside the EU, under GDPR. For stricter requirements, the Enterprise plan runs entirely inside your own infrastructure.
What happens when I delete something?
The transcript and the source recording both go. Deleting an account removes its content.
