The service

NUMU PRO transcribes audio and video you upload, and produces transcripts, summaries, and subtitles from them. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors.

Accuracy is not guaranteed

Transcription is automated. Accuracy varies with recording quality, accents, background noise, and crosstalk. Do not rely on an unreviewed transcript for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions. Where a record must be exact, a human must verify it.

Fair use on unlimited plans

Paid plans include unlimited transcription minutes for normal professional use by the account holder and their team. This is not intended to support reselling capacity, sharing one account across an organisation that should hold several, or automated ingestion at a scale that would make the plan uneconomic for us to provide.

If your usage triggers this clause, we will contact you and discuss it before taking any action. We will not silently throttle or suspend an account that is paying us.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and to the transcripts produced from it. You grant us only the limited right to process the file in order to provide the service. We do not use your content for training.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to upload and process each recording.
• You must comply with the recording and consent laws that apply to you.
• You must not use the service to process material that is unlawful to possess.

Payment and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Pay-as-you-go minutes do not expire.
