The problem

Someone has to take notes instead of participating, and the notes still miss the decision that mattered.

  • The person taking notes is the person who should be arguing the point
  • Two people leave the same call with different ideas of what was decided
  • Nobody can say who committed to the deadline that just slipped

What changes

Record the call or send the bot in. You get a transcript with speakers separated and a summary listing decisions, action items, and owners.

  • Nobody plays scribe during the call
  • Decisions and owners written down, not remembered
  • Searchable history of what was agreed and when

What matters here

  • A bot that joins the call

Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams. It records, then posts the transcript and summary when the meeting ends.

  • Summaries with owners

Action items are attributed to the person who committed to them, not listed anonymously.

  • Data stays yours

EU hosting, GDPR, DPA on request, and recordings are never used to train models.

Meetings: common questions

Do participants know the bot is recording?

Yes. It joins as a visible participant and appears in the list like anyone else. Recording people without their knowledge is not something we help with, and in many places it is illegal.

What if the meeting has more than six speakers?

Diarization labels up to six voices reliably. Beyond that the transcript is still complete and accurate — the labels just get less dependable, so large all-hands read better as text than as attributed dialogue.

Can the summary go straight to the team?

You export it or copy it wherever your team already works. Automatic delivery into Slack or a task tracker is on the roadmap, not shipped — we would rather say so than imply an integration that does not exist yet.
