What comes up when the recordings are healthcare.
Is the output safe to put in a medical record?
Only after you review and approve it. The transcript is a draft; clinical responsibility for the record stays with the clinician. We are not a clinical documentation system.
Does it handle medical terminology?
Generally well, but verify drug names and dosages every time. A misheard number in a clinical note is a different category of error from a typo in a meeting summary.
What about patient data rules?
EU hosting under GDPR and a DPA are available. In the US, HIPAA requires a signed Business Associate Agreement before any protected health information is processed — we don't offer one yet, so don't upload recordings that identify a patient until that's in place. Whether you may record a given consultation at all is governed by your own jurisdiction and institution — check before you start.
