Can the whole team access the transcripts?
Shared workspaces come with the Business plan. On smaller plans transcripts sit in one account, which works for solo researchers but not for a team.
Does it work with screen recordings?
Yes — WebM, MP4, MOV from any recorder. We extract the audio track, so the video file size does not cost you extra minutes.
How do I get from transcript to findings?
The per-session summary gives you a fast readout; the full transcript with timecodes is what you actually analyse. The tool speeds up getting to the analysis, it does not do the analysis.
