Call review and quality assurance
Transcribe every customer call through the API so quality review covers all of them, not a sample.
Manual call review samples a handful of conversations because listening to everything is impossible. Working from transcripts changes the economics: reviewing text is fast, searchable, and covers the whole set.
At volume the API rate drops to $0.05 per minute with diarization and summaries included, which is what makes full coverage viable rather than aspirational.
Agent and caller separated
Diarization splits the two sides, which is what makes a review usable at all.
Volume pricing
From $0.08 down to $0.05 per minute as monthly volume grows.
Searchable across every call
Find every conversation where a topic, objection, or phrase came up.
Push into your own systems
The API returns structured JSON you can route into a CRM or warehouse.
Questions
Why review transcripts instead of listening?
Because listening does not scale. Text is searchable and skimmable, so review moves from a sample of calls to all of them.
What accuracy should I expect on phone audio?
Lower than studio recordings — telephone audio is narrowband by design. Judge it against other tools on the same recordings, not against a marketing number from a clean file.
Can we run this automatically?
Through the API, yes. Send each recording as it completes and route the structured result into your own systems.
